Minford Local Schools will hold another day of Kindergarten registration for the 2009 - 2010 school year onMonday, May 18, 2009 from 9:00am -10:30am or from 12:30pm - 2:00pm. Children must be 5 years old on or before September 30, 2009 to be eligible to begin kindergarten. Children will be given screening examinations during the registration process and are to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during registration.

Parents are to supply the following during registration:

Child’s official birth certificate, not hospital copy

Immunization records

Proof of residence

Social Security Card

Custody papers, if applicable

Bring child for screening
