Attended Ohio University.
Veteran WW II, Army Air Force.
Preceded in death by parents Mont R. Evans and Myrtle Smith Evans, brothers Richard, David, Ernest, Mont and Donald, sister Zola Evanscurry.
Survived by wife, Frances; brother, John (Hazel) of Sciotoville, Oh.; numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at JERRY SPEARS, 2693 W. Broad St., Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Grant and Naghten. Fr. Stephen D. Hayes O.P., Celebrant. Graveside service and interment 2:30 p.m. Saturday, St. Peter Cemetery, Wheelersburg, Oh. Fr. Peter Gideon officiating. Rosary 3:30 p.m. Friday.
