These fees are needed to purchase supplies and to cover the cost of consumable materials used.  Each students accepts the responsibility of payment of fees when registering and will pay them when classes start.  Failure to pay fees would allow school officials to withhold grades, report cards, prevent promotion to the next grade level, or not graduate.
