Dear parents and community members,

I am honored to serve Minford Local Schools and the Minford community as your new elementary principal.  Minford elementary maintains a long tradition of excellence and I will see to it that the tradition continues. 

Throughout the school year, there are many different avenues by which you will be able to stay informed with what is taking place at the elementary.  The elementary staff will do our best to keep our school webpage up-to-date with the most current information and news.  On our website, www.minfordfalcons.net, you will also be able to find important forms and links that directly pertain to your child’s education.  In addition to the school’s webpage, we will be communicating through letters home, the use of our district all call system, the mobile app Remind 101, and Twitter.  Great things will be taking place at Minford Elementary this year and we want to make sure that everyone knows about them!

As your elementary principal, I feel that effective communication plays a vital role in assuring that each child receives the education he/she so deserves.  With that being said, I would like to encourage you to contact the school with any issues, questions or concerns that you may have throughout the year.  Feel free to call the office at 740-820-2287. Teachers can be reached via phone or email when class is not in session, and if you would like to schedule a meeting with me, I would be more than happy to do so.

The 2015-2016 school year will prove to be an exciting successful year.  I want to thank all of the parents and guardians ahead of time for the many sacrifices you will make and the many hours that you will spend with your child helping him/her grow socially and academically.  No matter how excellent of a school district we are, we would not be who we are today without your continued support.
