Mr. Brent Howard began his tenure in the Minford Local School District as a Elementary Guidance Counselor in 2005. Prior to his employment in the Minford Local School District, Mr. Howard worked as an Elementary Guidance Counselor in the Portsmouth City School District.

Mr. Howard earned his Master's Degree from Marshall University in 2003.

Elementary Education was his major when he recieved his Bachelor's Degree from Marshall University in 2001.

Mr. Howard earned his high school diploma from Minford High School in 1997.
