Minford High School will hold its basketball homecoming on December 16, 2011, when the Falcons host Waverly. The senior class will honor the queen and her court between the Junior Varsity and Varsity games. The theme selected for this year’s homecoming is “The Whole Place Glowin’.”
Ashley Oesch, daughter of John and Lori Oesch, will reign as the 2011-12 basketball homecoming queen. Her escorts will be Noah Thiel, son of Becky and Ed Thiel and Bo Vallandingham, son of Judy and Bobby Vallandingham.
Taylor Collins, daughter of Robert Collins and Danielle Collier, is this year’s senior attendant. Her escort for the evening is Tyler Sanford, son of Don and Lois Sanford.
The junior attendant is Sara Simpson, daughter of Mike and Laura Simpson. She will be escorted by Sean Berry, son of Rhonda Berry and the late John Berry.
Emily Joyce is the CTC attendant. Emily is the daughter of Scott and Dawn Joyce. She will be escorted by Evan Howard, son of Scott and Kathy.
Morgan Vallandingham is the sophomore attendant. Morgan is the daughter of J.B. and Bobby Vallandingham. Her escort will be Jared McCray, son of Shaun and Lisa McCray.
This year’s freshman attendant is Elayne Gammon. Elaine is the daughter of Ryan and Jacinda Rader. She will be escorted by Zach Justice, son of Kenny and Marsha Justice.
A dance, sponsored by the senior class, will be held after the game for Minford High School students and their guests.
