Mrs. G. R. Gullion, 5527 Endicott Avenue, Sciotoville, has purchased the Swauger Valley grocery and service station and a five-room frame dwelling from Mrs. Blanch Hutchinson of Swauger-Valley Road. The sale includes all fixtures and merchandise. Mrs. Gullion has taken charge. Mrs. Hutchinson and her late husband operated the business more than 20 years. The negotiations were made by O. E. Miller of the O. E. Miller Realty Company.

Mr. and Mrs. Roy G. Sturgill of Wheelersburg Route 1 have purchased a six-room dwelling, gas station and grocery store combined on Swauger Valley road from Mr. and Mrs. G. R. Gullion. The store is known as Hutchinson's Grocery. Mr. Sturgill if retired and Mr. Gullion plans entering construction work. The deal was negotiated by Cary Jenkins of O. E. Miller Realty Company.
