Lloyd E. Caudill, 85 Lloyd E. "Porky" Caudill, 85, of Portsmouth, died Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2013 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus.

Born Jan. 26, 1928 in Scioto County, son of the late Richard and Allie Caudill, he was a former employee of Empire Detroit Steel, was a school bus driver for Minford, and had worked for Caudill Trailer Sales.

 

He was a 32nd degree Mason, member of Aurora Masonic Lodge and a U.S. Army veteran. He is survived by his wife, Anna Lou "Curly" Conley Caudill; one daughter; sister-in-law and her husband, Donna and Sonny Wray, and one nephew, Jay (Anne) Wray.

 

 In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Cecil Caudill and one sister, Dorothy Crotzer.

 

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 16, 2013 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Pastor Dan Widdig officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Burial Park in Wheelersburg. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
