Seldon Solomon Fisher 
August 18, 1927 - July 3, 2011
Seldon S Fisher, 83, of Mancheter, OH died on July 3, 2011, at the Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley Inpatient Center. He was born August 8, 1927, in Greeneville, WV to the late Seldon H and Nelle Broyles Fisher.

Seldon was a graduate of Concord College and Marshall College in WV. He was a retired School Administrator, a member of the Manchester First Presbyterian Church, the F&AM #317 Manchester, a lifetime member of the Manchester Lion's Club and a Scoutmaster for Manchester Troop 50. He was a WWII and Korean Army Veteran.

Seldon is survived by his wife of 55 years, Nancy R Bowling Fisher, 3 sons: James Hampton Fisher, Manchester, OH, Seldon Andrew (Debbie) Fisher, Greeneville, TN,and Jed Eric (Kim) Fisher, Lawton, OK, 5 daughters: Cynthia N Fisher, Sardinia, OH, Ruth Anita (Jay) Hallgarth, Milford, OH, Aimee J Sundeen, Manchester, OH, Julie Love (Garry) Wilkinson, Stanford, KY and Laura Rachel (Michael) Grose, Belmont, TX, 15 grandchildren: Nate, Nick, Sophie, Grace, Jason, Katie, Andrew, Jacob, Ezekiel, Solomon, Bone, Laura, Tyler, Jordan, Derrick, one great granddaughter Annabelle, and a sister Ila Hammonds of Beckley, WV.

A Celebration of Seldon's life will be held on Wednesday, July 6 from 2-4pm with services at 4pm at the Manchester First Presbyterian Church, Pastor Norine Behm officiating. Follwing the cremation interment will be on Hampton's Knoll.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Manchester First Presbyterian Chruch, P O Box 186, Manchester, OH 45144.
