William M. Sember, 63, of Minford died Friday, March 4, 2011 at Southern Ohio Medical Centers emergency room.
He was born February 15, 1948, in Sharon, PA, a son of the late William Sember and Helen Virostick Sember. He was an Educational Personal Aid, a graduate of Penn State University and was assistant soccer coach at Minford for the past 12 years and was a U.S. Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly Flowers Sember; a daughter, Deanne M. Logsdon (Jason) of Litchfield Park, AZ; a son, William G. Sember (Vanessa) of Lancaster, OH; two sisters, Nadine Taylor (Mike) of Sharpsville, PA, and Audrey Snyder (Jeffrey) of Hermitage, PA.; and three grandchildren, Emma A. Logsdon, Zachary W. Logsdon, and Landon W. Sember.
Services will be 2 pm Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at Minford Community Church with Pastor Brett McGraw officiating. Interment will be at a later date in Pennsylvania. Visitation will be 5 to 8 PM Monday at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston and 1 to 2 PM Tuesday at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Minford High School Soccer program.
