This is especially important if you have a student in grades 7 - 12 who is planning to play a fall sport.  The student/s need to have their EMA and Athletic forms filled out as soon as possible.

However, all Minford students must have an EMA form filled out for all grade levels, so now would be a great time before things start getting hectic to get this done.  This replaces the old stack of paper forms that used to get sent home at the beginning of every year.
