Born September 30, 1975 in Portsmouth, a daughter of David F. and Barbara P. (Powell) Horner of Minford, she had been a pharmacy tech for CVS Pharmacy in New Boston, and along with her husband Scott, they were co-owner of Total Effect Light & Sound Productions.

She was a 1993 graduate of Minford High School, the Recording Workshop in Massieville, Ohio, and attended Sand Hill Christian Baptist Church near Wheelersburg. Angela entertained our community with her life's passion of music. She engraved our hearts with her gift of singing. She was gifted and knew how to play any instrument that fell into her hands. Her music will leave a legacy for all who had the privilege to hear it.

 In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Scott Williams, whom she married on June 15, 2002; one stepson, Josh Williams at home; a sister, Christie Whisman of Lucasville; mother-in-law, Norma Williams of Wheelersburg; aunts, Naomi Morgan, Juanita Compton, Karen Ward, and several uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Dale E. and Alberta Powell and Clyde and Alice Horner.

 Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Sand Hill Christian Baptist Church with Pastor David Lute officiating.

 Burial will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery near Minford. Friends may call at the church from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. Arrangements are under the direction of Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford.
