Brian Lee Beckett, 52, of Minford, died Saturday, February 5, 2011 at Southern Ohio Medical Center.

Born December 3, 1958 in Portsmouth, a son of the late Morris Lee and Patricia Ann Redman Beckett, he was a paramedic for Minford Squad 3, a former employee of Southern Ohio Medical Center and Life Ambulance and was a member of Grace Baptist Church where he was an associate Pastor.

He is survived by his wife, Grace Burnheimer Beckett whom he married June 20, 1980; four children, Kristi Beckett, Amy Beckett, Stacy Beckett and Andrew Beckett all at home; one brother, Mark (Vicky) Beckett of Wheelersburg; one sister, Cheryl Beckett of Minford and his father-in-law, Ernest Burnheimer.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at Grace Baptist Church with Pastor Scott Duncan officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens in Franklin Furnace. Friends may call at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the church.
