Dr. Fishbaugh and his wife, Roxie, built this house.  Dr. Fishbaugh's office was the small addition to the left of the main house. 

Dr. Guy Wood Fishbaugh was born on October 28, 1888.  He died of a heart attack on March 6, 1955 in Minford, Ohio.  He was 66 years old at the time of his death.

Dr. Fishbaugh's wife's name was Roxie.  Roxie was born in 1892 and she died in 1944.

Dr. Fishbaugh graduated from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1914.  He was the Health Commissioner for Scioto County from 1932 to 1947.  He practiced medicine in the Minford area from September 8, 1917 to May 1, 1934.

Dr. Fishbaugh and his wife are buried in Violet Cemetery in Pickerington, Ohio.
