Gary Dean Osburn, Jr.
May 7, 1971 - February 4, 2019

Gary Dean Osburn, Jr. of Lucasville, Ohio passed away Monday, February 4, 2019 at Southern Ohio Medical Center.

He was born May 7, 1971 and was a lifelong Ohio resident.

Gary was preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, Carol and Charles Pollard of West Portsmouth, and his father, Gary Dean Osburn of Rarden.  In addition to his parents, Gary was preceded in death by his grandparents Fred and Pauline Miller of Otway, and Roy and Oma Osburn of Rarden.

He is survived by two sisters, Tammy Osburn (Dewey Newsome) of Lucasville, and Deanna Pursley (Chris Caldwell) of Grayson, Kentucky.  Two daughters, Ashley Blanton of Jackson and Rikki Blanton of McDermott.  A nephew, Jordan (Josie) Pursley of Diamondhead, MS, a niece, Alysha Pursley (Gary Hammonds) of Lucasville.  Four grandchildren, Paige, Matthew, Anna Marie and Carolyn.  Four great-nephews, Daegan, Dakota, Parker, and Luke.

Gary was a member of House of Prayer Church on Back Run, Lucasville.

Gary's legacy will live on as he selflessly gave the gift of life of organ donation.  He was deeply loved and will be missed by many.
