GEARLDO REFFIT

Geraldo Reffit, 39, of Lucasville, went to be with his Lord Sunday, June 5, 2011, at the Cleveland Clinic.

He was born June 2, 1972, in Eagle Pass, Texas, a son of Ruth Reffit, of Wheelersburg. 

Geraldo was a member of the 7th Street Christian Baptist Church in Portsmouth and was employed by Scioto Valley Heating and Air.

He is survived by his wife, Tonya Lynn Mullins Reffit, whom he married September 26, 2002. Also surviving are one daughter, Staci Nicole Reffit, at home; four brothers, Mark Reffit and wife Stephanie, of Minford; Hector Reffit and wife Jennifer, of Minford; Miquel Reffit, of Florida; Jose Rios, of North Carolina;five sisters, Patty Moore, of New Boston; Veronica Jones and husband Jimmy, of Otway; Sonia Cottle, of Jackson, Carol Marx and husband JJ, of Wheelersburg, Maria Jamie, of Mexico, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, June 10, 2011, at the Swick-Bussa-Chamberlin Funeral Home in Wheelersburg, with Jason Blevins officiating. Burial at Scioto Cemetery. 

Friends may call Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
