Hamilton Glades FreeWill Baptist Church is located in Madison Township.

The church was organized and the building was completed in 1881. It had 30 members when it was organized. The first pastor was Isaac Fullerton. The first Trustees were: Hugh Fulton, Milford Smith and Joseph E. Toland.

In 1884 the pastor was Jacob Shonkwiler. The Sabbath school was run by Edward Wooten, Superintendent.
