BENNETT Harold L. Bennett, age 73, of Reynoldsburg, Oh., went to be with the Lord Sunday, August 27, 2000 with his loving family present at his side.

 

He had retired from North American Rockwell in 1988 and was a U.S. Air Force Veteran.

 

Preceded in death by his grandson Chad Patrick Lilley, 2 sisters and 5 brothers.

 

He is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Ruth Bennett; children, Cynthia (Ronald) Belknap of Westerville, Valerie (Kimbal) Robbins of Pataskala, Kathy (Bill) Cannon of Columbus, Ga., Pamela (Aaron) Trimmer of Westerville, Gregory (Tammie) Bennett of Pickerington, Dwight (Tammy) Bennett of Reynoldsburg; 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sister, Ailene Callihan of Portsmouth; brothers, Fred (Charlotte) Bennett of Portsmouth, Joe (Loretta) Bennett of Minford and Pat (Annette) Bennett of Minford.

 

Memorial Service will be Wednesday August 30, 11 a.m. at the Redeemer's Church, 1850 Courtright Rd., Columbus with visiting 1 hour prior at the church. Procession to Glen Rest Memorial Estate immediately following service.

 

Pastor Dwight Bennett will officiate. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in Mr. Bennett's memory. Arrangements by SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL, 861-6268.
