Harold Edwin Sexton of Oklawaha, Fla., formerly of Minford, died Saturday, Nov. 13, 2004, in Ocala, Fla.
He was born Aug. 25, 1931, in Lucasville, to Ernest and Dollie Keller Sexton.
He was employed by Empire Detroit Steel in New Boston where he retired as superintendent of the blast furnace. He served with the Air Force during the Korean Conflict.
He was an avid fisherman and had worked as a guide on the St. Johns River in Florida.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Sexton; a sister, Betty Reed; and a brother, Stephan Sexton.
He is survived by his mother, Dollie Sexton of Wheelersburg; his former wife, Naomi Turner Sexton of Silver Springs, Fla.; a brother, Don (Betty) of Oklawaha, Fla.; two sisters, Rosemary Marcum of Wheelersburg and Kathy Sexton of Huntington, W.Va.; three Sons, Barry (Nancy) of Minford, Jeff (Paticia) of Silver Springs and Hal (Cindy) of Abilene, Texas; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Arrangements are to be at the convenience of the family.
