Jerry Wade Lavender passed away on May 7, 2012 in Florida Hospital Zephyrhills.

He was born in North Moreland, Ohio and has resided in Florida for 32 years.

 

He was employed the last 5 years by the Pasco County Sheriff's Office.

 

Jerry is survived by his wife of 52 years, Patricia Lavender; 1 son Mark Lavender (Connie Muzer); 1 daughter Jennifer Nichol (Benji Patrick); 2 granddaughters Tristin Nichol and Kyla Nichol; 2 grandsons Alex Nichol and Carlos Nichol; and 1 sister Geneva Miller. He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers and 1 sister.

 

Jerry's Memorial Service will be held on June, 16, 2012 at 1:00 pm in the Crystal Lake Retirement Community clubhouse in Zephyrhills. The family is accepting memorial contributions to give to Jerry's favorite charities.
