She was born March 13, 1942, in Wakefield, Ohio, the daughter of the late William Preston and Eunice Avenal (Rose) Wright. She was a 1960 graduate of Minford High School where she was Miss Falcon. She retired from A-C Delco.

Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Gary Wright Park, whom she married Aug. 30,1969; grandson, Scotty Park; two sisters, Linda (Ed) Myers and Judy (James) Wallace; brother, Ezra (Carolyn) Wright; and numerous, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her son, Gary Wesley Park; and brothers, Jack and Harry Wright.

A visitation will be held Monday, Sept. 28, 2009, from noon until 2 p.m. at the Spence-Miller Funeral Home, 2697 Columbus St., Grove City. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. the same day in the funeral home, with the Rev. Edson Myers officiating. Interment will follow in Concord Cemetery in Grove City.
