Justin David Sherman, 33, beloved son of Sherri (Larry) Fannin and Perry (Judi) Sherman of Minford, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2014, in Harlingen, Texas.

 

Justin was a loving father and son with a big heart who would light up any room with his big smile.

 

Justin was a 1998 Graduate of Minford High School. He was employed as a laborer for the Wanzek Corp. in Rio Grande, Texas.

 

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Hanna Vanhoose, and his son, Austin Sherman of Minford; his brother, Brandon (Keri) Sherman of Minford; his sister, Lynzee Sherman of Minford; a stepbrother, Nathan Payton of Portsmouth; his grandmother, Nora Powers of Minford; and very special nieces and nephews, Kourtney, Karleigh, Katelynn, Gage, Logan and Autumn. Justin is also survived by a special girlfriend, Melissa Beadle, and many cousins and friends.

 

Justin was preceded in death by his grandparents, Darrell and Rose Sherman, William Powers; and a sister, Heidi Michelle Sherman. He will always be loved and always be missed. His smile will shine on in our memories.

 

Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 2, 2014, at Gilliland Family Cemetery in Minford with Pastor Kenny Estep officiating. Friends may call at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made at any area U.S. Bank in Justin's name.
