MINFORD-Kevin Jo Elliott, 38, of Minford passed away Sunday, October 23, 2016 at his residence.

Born July 28, 1978 in Trumbull County, Ohio, a son of Sandy (Farmer) Elliott and Bo and Mary Elliott, he was a concrete finisher with Local #132. Kevin was a loving father and devoted family man.

He is survived by his wife, Heather (Skaggs) Elliott; four children, Hayleigh, Anna-Marie, Isabella, and LK Elliott; one sister, Lisa Elliott-McQuate; two step brothers, Dustin Roth, Joey Roth; one step sister, Amanda McCollum; seven nephews, Brian, Tyler, Blake, Brandon, Kade, Colton, Brysen, and several other nieces and nephews.

Kevin was preceded in death by his grandparents, Earl and Gladys Farmer, and Curt Elliott.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 27, 2016 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home with Kenny Estep officiating. Burial will be at White Cemetery in Minford. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior to the service on Thursday. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the funeral home to offset funeral expenses.
