Lillie Mae Bailey Williams
March 25, 1926 - August 29, 2014

SCIOTODALE - LILLIE MAE WILLIAMS, 88, of Sciotodale, passed away after a brief illness on Friday, August 29, 2014, at the Southern Ohio Medical Center.

Born on March 25, 1926 in Salyersville, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Boyd and Pearl Margaret Pace Bailey.

Lillie was employed as a fancy stitcher at Williams Manufacturing Company for 19 years and enjoyed camping, auctions, and spending time with her family and friends.

She was a devoted wife of sixty-three years to her late husband, Leroy Wiliams, and also preceded in death by her sister, Betty Bailey Swick.

Surviving are two sisters, Faye (Raymond) Woodrum of Sciotodale and Fannie Castle of Portsmouth; two brothers, Charles Bailey of Covington, Kentucky and Wallace Bailey of Wheelersburg; and many nieces and nephews.

Her kindness and caring touched everyone she met. Lillie will never be forgotten.
 
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE with Pastor John Richards officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family will receive visitors and telephone calls at Brant's from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday and one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions can be made to Christ United Methodist Church in Sciotoville.
