MATTHEW E. DALTON
January 14, 1977 - February 4, 2016

SOUTH WEBSTER-Matthew E. Dalton, age 40 of South Webster passed away Saturday, February 4, 2016. He was born January 14, 1977 in Portsmouth a son of Rhonda Wright Dalton of South Webster and the late Keith D. Dalton. He was a millwright with Local 1090, a 1995 Graduate of Minford High School, enjoyed four wheeling, spending time with his family, and was a big football fan.

Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife, Allison Porter Dalton of South Webster; a daughter, Haven Dalton of Daytona Beach, FL.; two brothers, Greg (Mary Beth) Dalton of South Webster and Mitch Dalton of Minford; two sisters, Cassandra (Sam) Pennington of Columbus, Micah Dalton of South Webster; and his grandmother, Alberta Dalton of South Webster.

He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Woodrow Dalton, Orval Wright and Olive Wright.

Services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday February 11, 2017 at D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in South Webster with Pastor Robert Todd officiating. Interment will follow at South Webster Cemetery with Military Graveside Honors by James Dickey Post 23, America Legion. Visitation will be Friday 6 to 8 p.m. and 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
