Richard Cameron Laack

Age 56, of Portsmouth, died on Friday, November 16, 2012 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Huntington, WV.  He was born in Portsmouth on December 28, 1955 and was a graduate of Minford High School.  In addition to working in the Colonial Florist greenhouses, he specialized in lawn maintenance.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Laack of Wheelersburg; one son, James Laack of Portsmouth; his father, Carl Laack of Portsmouth; one brother, Kevin Laack of Greenup, KY; and lifelong friend, Matt Humble of Portsmouth.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Kathryn June Laack.  

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, November 19, 2012, at Memorial Burial Park in Wheelersburg.  Wolfe - Nelson Funeral Home in Sciotoville is handling the arrangements.
