Robert Edward Trowbridge
December 29, 1949 - December 28, 2017

Robert Edward Trowbridge, 67, of Willis Point, Texas passed away Thursday, December 28, 2017 in Mesquite. 

He was born December 29, 1949 in Portsmouth, Ohio to parents Maurice Thurman Trowbridge and Katherine Elizabeth McCall Trowbridge.  After graduating high school, Robert entered the United States Army.

Robert retired after a life-long career at the Longview Fire Department.  He loved to cook and spend time at the ocean.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Kathijo Trowbridge; son-in-law Donny Hamby and granddaughter, Kaitlyn Trowbridge.

Robert is survived by his daughters, Jodi Luker and husband Chris; and Carrie Trowbridge; brothers Richard Trowbridge and wife Barbara of Minford, Ohio; and James Trowbridge and wife Elizabeth of Columbus, Ohio; grandchildren Ariana Hamby, Kourtney Trowbridge, Maddison Prewitt and Bailee Prewitt.
