MINFORD-Ronald Guy Deemer, 74, of Minford, died Thursday, December 11, 2014 at his residence. Born January 10, 1940 in Minford, a son of the late Raymond and Hazel L. (Culp) Deemer, he was a truck driver for Lovelace Motor Freight, was owner and operator of Minford Kwik Stop and was a U.S. Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife Linda (Davis) Deemer; one son and daughter-in-law, Ronald Deemer, Jr. and Dianna Deemer of Minford; two grandchildren, Adam Deemer of Dayton and Amy Deemer of Minford; one sister, Jean Landrum of Melbourne, Florida and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Curtis Deemer, Vancil Deemer, and a nephew, Tony Spencer. A special thanks to Brent, Becky and Karen for their concern and excellent care.
