Dr. Rudolph Yeagle, 63, of Rumsey died Wednesday, March 3, 1999, at Owensboro Mercy Health System. He was born in Scioto County, Ohio, was a member of Calhoun United Methodist Church and graduated from Ohio State University Veterinarians School. He retired as a veterinarian and partner from Audubon Animal Hospital and enjoyed hunting, fishing and horses, including breeding and training thoroughbreds.
Survivors include his companion, Jeanne Yeagle; three sons, Jonathan Scott Yeagle of Lexington, Rudolph R. Yeagle of Jacksonville, Fla., and W. Ashley Yeagle of Rumsey; two daughters, Stephanie Yeagle and Samantha Buck, both of Owensboro; five grandchildren; one step-grandchild; two brothers, Bob Yeagle and David Yeagle, both of Lucasville, Ohio; and two sisters, Patty Pendleton of Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Sue Day of Columbus, Ohio.
Services are at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Glenn Funeral Home in Owensboro. Visitation is after 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to American Heart Association, 920 Frederica St., Owensboro KY 42301. Memorial contribution envelopes are available at the funeral home.
