Suit Follows Shooting

A $15,000 damage suit was fueled in Common Pleas Court by John Dever against his brother, Solomon Dever.

 

The suit is the result of a recent shooting affray in which John Dever was shot and permanently mamed by his brother, the culmination of a bitter quarrel at a meeting of the Harrisonville School Board.
