Hull Named As Principal for Minford High
Duncan Promoted to Executive Head
Albert Hull of Minford is the new principal of Minford High School for the school year commencing in September.
Edwin Duncan, veteran prinicpal was promoted to executive head of Minford School District.
Edward Hall will be elementary principal in charge of three elementary schools in the district.
Bernard Bennett will be principal of the Elementary school occupying the high school building.
Mr. Hull is a graduate of Portsmouth High school and received a master's degree at Marshall College. He taught at Minford School 15 years and served four years as head basketball coach.
During constructions of the Portsmouth Area A-plant he served in the training program of Peter Kiewit Sons' Compnay prime contractor as supervisor.
In September 1955, Mr. Hull was named guidance counselor for Lucasville High School.
He is a member of the American Society of Training Directors, Phi Alpha Theta, National Honorary History Society, Kappa Delta Pi, National Honorary Education Society. He is secretary-treasurer of the Southern Ohio Athletic Conference and is president of Minford Lions Club.
He served on the faculty of Rio Grande College last semester and is teaching a night class at South Webster High School.
Mr. Hull is married and had a daughter, Virginia Kay Hull.
