Please note the new Quick Links on the right side of the screen for the new Parent Payment Portal, Online Free/Reduced Lunch Application, as well as the option to print off a PDF of the Free/Reduced Lunch App and the Food Allergies Form. As you set up your new Payment account or Free/Reduced Lunch application account, you'll need to know the school's zip code which is 45653 as well as your child's Student ID#.  This is the same id that they use for their pin number in the cafeteria and the same number that's in their computer passwords.  If neither you, nor your children know this number, you can contact Mrs. Caudill at [email protected] to get their ID number.

NOTE - Free and reduced-priced meal applications are confidential.  Your information will only be used by the Food Service Director to determine your child's eligibility for the school meal program and cannot be shared without your written permission.  Students who receive free and reduced-priced meals are not identified.  No other students, staff, or teachers need to know who is receiving free or reduced meals and who has paid.  Below is a link to the Free/Reduced Lunch application.  This form can be printed and filled out by hand or typed out and printed.  Currently they must be physically turned in with a signature.  We hope to have a fully online application soon.
